1. Different categories

In electronics, a chip is a way of miniaturizing a circuit and is often made on the surface of a semiconductor wafer.

A semiconductor is a material whose electrical conductivity at room temperature is between that of a conductor and an insulator. Semiconductors are widely used in consumer electronics, communication systems, medical instruments and other fields.

An integrated circuit is a tiny electronic device or component. Select a certain process, the transistors, resistors, capacitors and inductors required in a circuit and the wiring together.

2. Different characteristics

Chip The integrated circuit that makes the circuit on the surface of the semiconductor chip is also called the thin film integrated circuit. Another type of thick film integrated circuit is a miniaturized circuit composed of independent semiconductor devices and forced components integrated into a substrate or circuit board.

Matter exists in many forms, solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and so on. Generally, materials with poor electrical conductivity, such as coal, artificial crystals, amber, ceramics, etc., are called insulators.

Integrated circuit skills include chip manufacturing skills and planning skills, mainly reflected in the processing equipment, processing technology, packaging and testing, mass production and planning innovation.
