The performance of this capacitor is relatively stable, with the change of temperature and voltage time, its unique performance change is not significant, belongs to the type of stable capacitor material, used in straight separation, coupling, bypass, filter circuit and high reliability requirements of high frequency circuit.

The third type is semiconductor X5R dielectric X5R has a high dielectric constant, which is often used to produce large-capacity capacitor products with large specific capacitance and high nominal capacity.
